Use your plan across your own devices. Clients are available for Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. When using multiple devices, account for their combined data use; unlimited devices doesn’t mean each device gets a separate allowance.

Choose a route based on the destination’s location and your actual connection experience. Visit the server page for regions and route types. A region that works well for research may perform differently at other times or with other services.

No logs

From plan selection to order confirmation

  1. Open the user panel. Existing users can sign in. New users can create an account with a username and password; no email address is required. Plan buttons take you to the plans page in the user panel.
  2. Review your order. Check the plan name, price, and data rules. If upgrading mid-cycle, review the price adjustment rather than estimating how much time remains yourself.
  3. Follow the payment instructions. Choose Alipay, WeChat Pay, or USDT, complete the payment, then return to the order page to check its status. Don’t assume an order is complete just because you closed the payment page.
  4. Check your account. Once the order is confirmed, review your plan and subscription details, then set up a client using the guides. If payment is complete but the status hasn’t updated, keep your order record and submit a support ticket to avoid paying twice.

Sign in to the user panel, open the support ticket page, and include your refund request and the relevant order. Check for updates in the same ticket. Use the account associated with the order and keep your account and payment details together to make verification easier.

If you’re also reporting a connection issue, include your device platform, selected region, client message, and what you were doing when the issue occurred. Don’t include passwords or full subscription details. Cover them in any screenshots before submitting.

Data packs cost ¥158 for 300GB, ¥358 for 1000GB, or ¥658 for 3000GB; they last until used and never expire. Before choosing, note that monthly plans reset each month, while data packs draw down from your remaining balance.

How many devices can I use with one plan?

There’s no device limit. Supported platforms include Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Unlimited devices does not mean unlimited data: devices on the same account share the plan’s data allowance. Check your remaining balance in the user panel.

What is the refund period, and how do I request a refund?

Check the reset date in the user panel rather than assuming it resets at the start of each calendar month. Review the adjustment shown in the panel before upgrading.

Do data packs expire or get topped up each month?

Data packs last until used and never expire. They don’t reset or receive monthly top-ups. They’re a good fit if your usage is irregular and you want to keep any unused data. For regular use, compare the monthly plan prices with your data needs.
